What bomb is LMNL planning to unload on June 4 annual

What bomb is LMNL planning to unload on June 4 annual shareholder's meeting, the day before the FDA ODUFA date on June 5? Care to guess, I doubt it is anything good. In any case, why do they want to move the prov of registry to Ontario? Could it have something to do with the huge $1 B  lawsuit against them in the courts of Quebec?
