Hi, yes, I like these types of discussions too. (Just for the record, my "attacks" are always meant to target the argument, not the character. I guess they just come across differently than they were intended).
So, if you say they should have reacted differently, that's where I mostly disagree. Yes, there is always a little more one can do, but they've cut costs by as much as 50%, they've struck deals through the hard times, such as that with NReal, they've addedd Amazon Web Services, Google, and Microsoft Azure to their lineup of end users.
I'm not too angry with them for that...
