I beliieve if you go back and check Peter cites an internal target of $3MM NPV per torch, which includes the recurring revenue from maintenance and parts contracts, The initial sale would be much closer to the $1.8 MM of the first torch contract..
Does anyone know for sure that a halt was not required because receiving an RFQ is not considered a material event?
