Odd IndeedWell not really. All indications through media the fight is on, it's been going on a long time with the same Head-Line " Get Out " All funded & permited exploration companies are putting boots on the ground. The longer DBV doesn't update shareholders on 2021 exploration program the more jittery the market is going to get & if the out-come is what I suspect the bottom will fall out hard & fast. TCG tone & desire for DBG to leave is only getting stronger & louder. The market seems to be as tone deaf as DBG.
It will be interesting to see what happens here. If TCG are successful in their end of the fight ( getting DBG out ) what recourse does DBG shareholders have for such a massive loss in investment? DBG's market-cap will take a massive hit.
At this point it looks like land-owner & business tenant fight. The land-owner always wins in the end. The tenant, who most likely has no where else to go, squats & carries on as business as usual for as long as the law allows them to. Then the bitter end.
