Shawshank2,

What's your time horizon with the position you opened on VONE? Trying to make a quick buck in a short period of time on these exploration companies is nothing more than gambling, in my opinion.

If you give yourself years to see how this type of company can progress, you can be handsomely rewarded. Or the company may never go anywhere. This is where robust due diligence comes into play.

I am not pretending to have a crystal ball and I have made my fair share of mistakes in my investment career over the years. But there are many reasons with VONE and from a macro standpoint that can lead one to expect positive developments and support from institutional investors / large trading organizations in the coming years.

Regarding the recent trading volume, if it makes you feel any better, back in 2015, Champion Iron's stock had 0 shares traded for 3 days in a row while the stock was at $0.07. Not even 1 share traded! This stock is now trading at over $6 a share.

Be patient and pay attention to who is managing the company. If you trust the management team and the Board's ability to bring their project to life, you should not worry about the day to day fluctuations nor the trading volume. You can obviously exit your position after the next run up and still make good money but those who are patient can make life changing type of returns.

Would you prefer investing in a company where management spend their time on being stock promoters? Or would you rather invest in a management team that has a vision and are either strong operators themselves or are focused on looking for partners that are strong operators?
