RE:RE:RE:Shelf prospectus Is it possible that they might enter a partnership and provide stock to that partner in exchange for funding of PhI?  I guess that might be an alternative to a JV or other revenue sharing agreement.  Since it is just PhI, there are not going to be any associated revenues in near term, so it kind of makes sense that some alternate form of value would be given to the partner.
