Deal The Kedrion deal seems to be more of a deal for Kedrion. Estimating the value of a possible voucher at 100M, Liminal will actually end up paying Kedrion $25M to take the Ryplasim technology platform. Ryplasim was paid for by investors over 15 years, 100's of millions. How is this possibly a good deal? It's like paying someone handsomely to take your house. This business decision is beyond odd.
Would it be the responsibility of Kedrion to later progress the approval to the point of being eligible for a voucher? Only then would Liminal, SALP after taking private, would receive this payment later. Almost appears that they know a voucher is not immediately forthcoming and requires more work. Why else would they strike such a crazy deal?
