why would these guys be in a rush to file it will probably help the stock go up ha ha 

They only know how to kill value 




5 days to file so maybe they have a marketing plan ready to start when public on Monday.  If we see buying today that is my guess 


maybe, but at this point it will not even surprise me if they don't file and just pay the late fee.
