BIP offer $19.50 not $19.75

The BIP offer is 74% cash at $19.50 per share. I do not believe retail investors will get a fair shot at the shares and I do not believe it will be an equal offer for all holders. I believe we will be stuck getting $19.50 per share if the BIP offer is accepted which is a ridiculess steal, I'd much prefer to get PPL shares and ride higher divvies for years.
