RE:RE:Takeover Games
RE:RE:Takeover GamesQuite a coincidence Sean Roosen is resigning at the June 23 Board Meeting...John OConnell in his most recent Fireside chat looked anything but chatty it seemed like someone that was choosing his words very carefully..It was painful to watch.
You know he wants to max this dealwith exploration and building production .I think he has 1% of Victorias shares and has put a decade into this and have a deal with Coeur to recover 75%.
If Orion has a deal planned out and don't their finance guys aren't good.
Orion bought out Osisko;s position had 635 million shares and must have engineered the share cosolidation. These guys had supplied 500million to build the mine. and they need 50% of Board for their deal with Coeur.
This has more than likely meticulously planned did John oConnell overstep his authority as far as Orion is concerned and they restrained him.
Coeur has a restriction agreement with press releases.except without permission..
By the way Coeur is very good to its workers and management -with award winning ESG program A strong incentive plan.
They have Silvertip in BC and are exploring Allianzas TIM Property in Yukon and at one time a strategic position with Rockhaven and a Canadian Director Jessica Mc Donald on Board that is Chairman CEO of Hydro One 5,000 employees in BC .Coeur recently hired SNC Lavalin a Canadian Crown Jewll for Engineering abnd construction. to build ther Rochestor mine a 400million project
with innovative crushing system. that in two years recovers more than in twenty on heap leach. They brought Mick Rootledge from the Kennecott Mine largest copper mine in world in Idaho with autonomus trucks the size of a house. He did a replacement stint as CEO after wall collapse.and Terry Smith VP of North Ameican operations a Canadian from a prestigous Canadian Mining University..Mick Rootelidge is British and grduated from a top British mining University ..
