The board is large, they are well paid compared to your typical TSX-V company. Most hold no shares. Proctor makes a lot of money. He is not a credible voice to speak about share valuation when effectively his ownership consist of in the money risk-free options. He will of course exercise them but the key test will be whether he will dispose of those shares quickly to pocket the difference or whether he will holdvon to them. That IMO will be the test of whether he has the moral authority to lead the company or whether this is just another job for him. CEOs of small companies typically have a larger vision and aspiration and wish to participate in its success through blue sky potential and share ownership. We shall see, the current year is a big year to show the strategy paying off through growth of users, product offerings and then finally becoming MSFT higher tier partner. And then we will see what catalyst will lead to the reverse and hopefully bucking the trend of what happens too often after the reverses. But for COL, the lack of interest and the current range of the SP needs to be CEOs primary focus. Techies and sales guys should be able to do their thing without him IMO.
