EVNi

EVNiRRS originally wanted to spin off their Langmuir project into a new, wholly owned nickel subsidiary, but now they only hold a 20% stake. But the organs of the new company are the same as those of RRS (Samson, Davis, Gingras, Wolfenberg,). Wouldn't a spin-off of the project including the allocation of shares of the newly founded Co. to the shareholders of RRS have been more shareholder-friendly ?
