RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:40M$ Drosrite project not included in the "65M$" estimatesAppreciate if. I have been a shareholder since fhe first time I posted and have always tried tobbe objective. I took a hit on this board for being critical of 3P not meeting the guidance which was instrumental to the timing of my additional investments to the tune of paying double than what I could have. I believe my criticism was completely reasonable. In terms of $3 million, it was always advertised as an NPV sales price. NPV implies discounting future cashflows so I believe it includes service and maintenance. One can always expect a discount for larger quantities, but Peter also said that trying a torch in a real environment offers additional learning and adjustments. He stated that the trial could work in their favor by recognizing greater benefits for which the price could be adjusted upwards. I think this is difficult when you are trying to get that first sale, so let's call the NPV of the sales price somewhere in the $2.5 to $3.5 range, with $3 being a good enough approximate figure for expectations at this time. But again, a reminder that this is NPV so when the contract is signed, who knows how the terms will be disclosed and important not to have the first reaction like the one for the first torch whose price only included the initial equipment and no ongoing servicing or maintenance.

Maybe this does not include maintenance after sale or the possibility of a lease which would increase the price stated. You may be right in saying that a large deal especially when this is the first major sell could well be discounted. Peter has stated that he would not give the torches away but get the highest price possible. Canyousayiii, I will try to be more civil with you in the future.
canyousayiii wrote: That sounds even better as it adds another 25% to the top line over the duration of a contract. PYR would be well advised to emphasize that the figures are in USD in their press releases since this premium does make a difference on sales that are in millions.

Feel free to reference that $3M or $1.8M is US$. That would also help me in my own valuation assessments. The information I am referring to was issued when PYR was only listed on the Canadian exchange, besides reporting financials in Canadian dollars, so one cannot make a reasonable assumption that $ referenced were US by default because they were catering to the US audience due to Nasdaq. Offer facts, stop challenging me like you usually do, unsuccessfully. Or don't reply to me if you are incapable of engaging in an informative discussion. I don't come here to play with kids.
