RE:A visit to the past - Wildcatter was right - so far

RE:A visit to the past - Wildcatter was right - so farHe was right about AAV being a decent stock but did he have insight into the upcoming failure of Chinook to impress causing TXP to sell off ? Absolutely not !  His entire position was that if you didn't sell TXP and buy AAV you were a complete idiot but he discounted entirely that many of us have positions in numerous other stocks many of which have done exceptionally well over the same period. For me RECO is just one of many, I've been very lucky but bull markets work that way, for everyone who is paying attention that is.
Wilcat is a miserable shite and he's been removed for good reason. Unfortunately SH moves too slowly to regulate people like him so many of us migrate to other boards that are better regulated where clowns like him are censored before they get out of hand. This board would be far more active if they adopted the policies similiar to CEO.CA where so many have moved, rarely if ever to return here.
A real shame.

But I did get interested in AAV because of his ranting, did some due diligence, and built a 4400 share position as I got more nterested in the company. That position is up 124% right now, whereas TXP buys from that time are down quite a bit. Of course TXP still up hugely from 2019 levels of about 20 cents, and there is still possibility of major TXP upside from here. But sad to say Wildcatter had a point about production levels, proven resource, efficiency of drilling, and under appreciated ownership of major facilities.
