The Company operates approximately 58 facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. It also offers wood preservation services.

They can launch another NCIB as soon as the current one is done.

I would expect them to complete current one by end of June and at least 1 more before the end of year. If the share price rockets up though then it will be more costly to buyback shares so that could slow things...but not sure anyone would be upset about that!
