Basel 3 driving up gold prices and gold stocks with it

Anyone think Basel 3 will drive up gold prices in the next few years. Seems like China and Russia selling dollars to buy commodities, especially gold. It's only a matter of time like new year to 2 years that gold will sky rocket to the price it should be at without manipulation.
