ISD,a new beginning, what are your Monday trading thoughts ?

As long term shareholders we have watched as for one reason or another, opportunities to monetize our technology have not materialized, 
The OneWorld debacle was initially a real gut punch that has more than turned around by the investor interest of A1 Inc.      We went from lemons to lemonade !
We now have a legit Canadian investor with an existing legit proximity marketing business that is successful and familiar with our technolgy and how it can best be utilized in their existing and future client base,  At this point everyones eyes should be wide open and there shoud not be any surprises as to what A1 Inc has agreed to buy. ISigns books and all relevant disclosure information would have been provided at this point.  As per the most recent NR,  the proceeds of the 6.9 ml gives A1 controlling ownership of ISign and the monies used to retire our debt, be properly resourced with R & D, IR and have increased partnerships with others within the proximity market, both suppliers and users.  If tranches were to begin in the near future from A1 to ISign that would be a huge reassurance to ISign investors that we are indeed substantially derisked and moving forward in a very positive way. Realizing that this pp may take several weeks to complete I see the momentum, investor interest and stock price continuing to increase. 
Many shareholders have left feeling disallusioned and frustrated.  Personally I was waiting for a bump from OneWorld closing their pp & then exiting this stock for good.  I find myself this weekend considering what  A1 Inc running ISign may look like and I'm excited for its future and holding on to my shares to see where this adventure takes us !   The past is the past, looking forward to a bright future !   Thoughts ?   GLTAL.
