RE:RE:Basel 3 driving up gold prices and gold stocks with itNot being able to hold unallocated gold, it only means it will be harder for banks to manipulate the price of gold down. The price of Gold will and can  still be manipulated up and down. It is the total suppression of the price of gold that would be concerning like happened during the 1930's, that could no longer happen because The US is no longer in charge. Russia and China are closing in on The United States ability to use financial sanctions against other countries,that is the real importance of Basel 3.
