RE:RE:Happy June 7th!If they do not settle and litigate this could drag out for an extended  period of time with the likelihood of appeals and such which can be filed afterwards. Having said that if a fair settlement can not be reached AJX has no other alternative other than defend its patents and to seek additional compensation for court costs and damages.
