Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE:Nice Welcome

RE:Nice WelcomeI appreciate where you're coming from and the comments you have made. It's good to have additional information that is pertinent to the current situation and the sale of Victoria Gold to the eventual buyer.

I, for one, have no misconception that anything said on this board will have an affect on the final share price of any transaction. I also realize that perspectives differ based on each shareholders position currently. From my perspective, as a Victoria shareholder , the motivation for Coeur to get involved isn't as important to me as the actual offer might be.

They've made an arrangement with Orion, that you have detailed along with others, that positions them as the catalyst for negotiations and John McConnell has "muddied the waters" for Coeur's possible bid. That seems to be a reasonable thing to do given the past month of information that has been released.

The fact that we're at this stage with Coeur, that an offer or offers are imminent, that I'm a long term shareholder I have to predict " the mugs game" of share price for myself. If they overpaid for acquisitions in the past I hope they overpay again. We can discuss what overpay means once we see an offer!

I'm looking forward to an exciting few months ahead both from the acquisition viewpoint as well as additional drilling results and Q2 financials

good luck to all
