RE:RE:1 Million
RE:RE:1 MillionTrans Fat 0g
You're looking at saturated fat. Note - Note: Not unsaturated fat
Saturated fat - Foods like butter, palm and coconut oils, cheese, and red meat have high amounts of saturated fat. Trans fats are a form of unsaturated fat associated with a number of negative health effects. Choosing a plant-based diet over a meat-based diet
can cut down your risk of heart disease, cancer and type-2 diabetes. But, a
plant-based diet doesn’t just mean switching to meatless meat. You also have to add in healthy vegetables, whole grains and fruit to your diet as well.
You must not eat any of these if your concerned.
- Bacon
- Beef
- Beef fat
- Breakfast sausages
- Hot dogs
- Lamb
- Pork
- Processed meats
- Some cold cuts
