RE:RE:Manipulation Occuring

RE:RE:Manipulation OccuringAll four other midstreamers rose 0.8 to 1.9% while PPL fell. If it isn't manipulation it is driven by large players who believe PPL will raise the ratio and so are selling PPL down closer to a 0.525 to 0.55 ratio. Ignoring the IPL effects today PPL should have risen 1 to 1.5% which would put it around $39. This would put the PPL bid equal to BIP's bid at $19.50.

This shows the PPL bid is superior to BIP. One or two up days on the market and/or oil prices and the PPL bid blows Brookfield out of the game. This is why BIP is in a big hurry to close the deal for mostly cash. So I repeat, there is a lot of manipulation and/or stock selling holding back the PPL stock price.
