Who published that piece?

In the excerpt below the RBN article only a few of those projects are called probable. Most of the 15 aew just varying degrees of "possible". And Pieridae did not make that list. Nor was it 16th.... it was just one of several unranked that didnt make their list.

Except for that bit of spin for Goldboro, there was a lot of interesting content in the article about CCS- both general, and about the Caroline possibility.

In a recent article, RBN Energy identifies 15 Probable, Pre-FID LNG Terminals in North America- 13 in the US and just 2 in Canada. Pieridae’s Goldboro LNG would be the 16th- on the list- Placing 3rd in Canada after LNG Canada and Woodside.
