It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

I don’t understand why anyone would be surprised at this point, since shareholders have been supporting the past and present performance each year via their vote.  Why would their performance change now?  

As for the project, I don’t understand what the problem is …
I’m sure someone will correct me though …
Hypothetically,  if they
Partner with a refiner, in theory that eliminates the need to build a refinery, and possibly may contribute funds towards the mine ?
The road group in the area includes the Tlicho.  Are they not able to build a spur road to a mine too ?
Streaming and/or offtake agreements are possibilities for funding for the mine ?
They (Management) need to get a deal done.   If they need help getting a deal done, then they should get the help they need.  Management owns shares too.  In theory, it should be in their interests to get a deal done ?
