Executive compensationSo the CEO was paid $450k in cash compenation in 2020. Overall comp, including equity was $570k in 2020. Average over last three years was $563k per year. I'm not sure what the compensation committee is looking at, but the metrics they are using are clearly out of step with shareholders interests. 75% of performance bonus is based on "individual" performance, and only 25% is based on "share price" weighting. These should be reversed.
The stock price has lost more than half it's value since it's IPO. If you factor in the time value of money, I'm sure the stock has effectively lost 80% of it's value over that time.
This is what an ugly stock chart looks like. Only the lucky few who timed trades have made money.
