RE:My simple view

RE:My simple view

Well imho 75$ WTI and 3$ Gas which i believe is a min for the next year, if you look at cask flow that should increase cashflow by my estimates by 175m -200m. Assume they pay down debt by 100m a year for two years that put debt at 200m.

Then take 70000 boe @ 30000 flow value due to wti prices minus 200m = 1.9B that makes a share price value at 8.4$.

Pipe dream i know. So yes a share price of 7$ is very realistic. 8.50 is possible. However if you look at management performance and previous non stock performance the most likely price is in the 4-5$ range. Always an under performer.

This leads me to my desire to have NVA in better hands both from a management and director perspective. Just imagine their assets value under control of whitecap, birchcliff, cresent point, or a known proven management team with a following. Spartan delta has the same market eval as NVA which would be my fav Acquirer.

With all of that said a doublish in stock price is a given imo.  Just saying that NVA is and always will still be under valued
