Unless you believe that your research regarding the CFO is more thorough and complete than that of the insiders who control >20% of the company, your effort is fruitless. No retail investor would understand the attributes that SXP is looking for in a CFO and how he/she would fit in. Perfection is not the issue, common sense is. A diverse portfolio demands that one not place him/herself above more knowledgeable insiders IMO.
So, in your experience, before hiring the new CFO, how much time did the insiders spend "researching" the CFO? Also, in your experience, how would that compare to direct accounts from multiple people that worked with the new CFO for a year?
Also, since it didn't work out at the two prior places, why was she hired by the "insiders" at BMR and Energir? They hired her even though they knew she wouldn't be a fit? Or they thought she would be a fit and she wasn't?
