My understanding is that it takes two weeks for results. Here is a descriptive I found on the Galleri website:

Receive your results and next steps

About two weeks after your blood draw, your results will be shared with you through your ordering healthcare provider.2 The Galleri test looks for signals present in the blood that may be associated with cancer at the time of your blood draw.
