Report of Committee - observations 1. The committee strongly encourages the federal government to sign the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions in order to align with the international practices of combatting match fixing and to work with the provinces and territories which have jurisdiction over gaming-in this regard.
2. The committee is of the opinion that, where appropriate, provinces and territories should work with First Nations and relevant groups on agreements related to gaming.
These were the 2 observations they discusssed in committee last week. They are addressing the issues some senators had. This should go through like butter because they are addressing them.
Just thought I would update the observations. Don't see any problems.
