Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

I agree with AP, a call to the Canadien division of the SEC is in order.

We don't need any further assistance reducing the value to create more K-Mart "Blue-light specials"

Perhaps the CEO should also find out why Anonymous is stickhandling our share price down to $0.44 per share daily. Since he said there's no advantage to insiders of a low share price he should investigate this outsider that's manipulating the share price downward (right at 4 pm!). Doing that and reporting on it would substantiate his statement during the AGM.

It's also part of a CEO's job description and fiduciary duty
