You have said exactly what I would say to anyone new in the area but would add
that if NFG goes up 10 X how is that an expensive stock? It you find it expensive
then by 10 shares. People have very silly ideas that a stock has to be cheap in order
to be valuable....it just is not so and especially not with this one.
I made that silly argument when KL got over $10 and then in 6 months it was $60?
NFG is so much bigger and better.
As for the much hyped GBR that I watched when it made its big run. A lot of its run was
not on that great drill results but had more upside on them then NFG's. GBR has 2 mill
oz whoop de doo.....they have so much more logistics and engineering to figuire out and
anyone that brings up GBR again should look at how short sweet and profitable
Fosterville was to any other mine in the world and still is. If you want a sure thing you
should not be looking at exploration companies.
NFG could mining before GBR every gets around to even thinking of such. IKE
I agree LikeIke on what many overlook which is having infrastructure near by. The Newfoundland companies not only are close to excellent infrastructure, however they have one thing which is as valuable as the actual gold in the ground. IT IS CALLED SOCIAL LICENSE TO MINE.
No indigenous land claims, that I am aware of, excellent infrastructure and ability to actually get permitted (social license very likely) are extremely difficult to place a price on. It basically adds to the value per ounce attributed to these companies.
