RE:EFL's Restatement and OSC action NR's DOCTORED ON WEBSITE
My husband and I used to teach a newlywed class. One of our lesson was entitled "Fighting Fair." We taught that when someone is in a argument they are losing, they tend to throw up past offenses in an effort to strengthen their position. We always noted, when someone has to dig into the past to undergird their position, they are losing the argument.
So I say to you fellas "aka short sellers." Convince me that Raymond will not sell a substantial number of Electrovaya forklift batteries in the future. Convince me that their new bus battery will not become a major contender in the bus battery market. Convince me that when their numbers improve this year, their stock price will not improve and they will not secure a NASDAQ listing. And convince me, that if they do a reverse stock split to strengthen their stock price, that the hedge funds will not jump in in a big way, and grow their stock price exponentially.
You short sellers enjoy your party now. If you insist on playing this game, after the next quarter numbers come out, you may end up with a stock screen than matches Rudolph's nose by Christmas.
I want everyone to make money. To bet against a fast moving train, in my opinion, is a mistake. Don't lose money betting against them.
