RE:Question on Drilling

If the step out drill at 65 metres is considered open after 425 metres depth, is it feasible to go down deeper say to 1000 metres?
Yes they have traced the mineralization over 425 meters in the down plunge direction but it's only 250 meters down in the vertical direction at its deepest point so far (listen to Dennis Laviolette in the video below talking about it). The mineralization is dipping 30 degrees to the south. They have two drills on the far end of the property to follow up in this direction. It is feasible to drill down 1000 meters but it gets very difficult and expensive and results won't be coming back as quickly due to the greater length of the holes.
Luckily NFG has at least 7 drills perhaps as many as 10 drills so there should be a steady stream of drill results coming back soon from other mineralized zones. I suspect NFG will drill the p*ss out of the 2km area in between the Keats and Lotto Zones now that they have a really good understanding of the orientation of these high grade zones. As Quinton Hennigh pointed out in one of the videos Mother Nature tends to repeat itself so there will be more zones along that 2km stretch.
