RE:RE:What are Silver Spruces properties worth? One thing I'd add to what mrmomo has said is that drilling the other properties is also simply a good bargaining strategy. So long as SSE is "the Pino stock," they are completely at the whim of the landowner. But the stronger they make their other five assets, the less they have to depend upon Pino. That then puts the company in a position of strength.
Granted, the main reason why anybody would invest in this company is Pino. Because it would have go over 6x simply on the basis of Pino alone if Pino did have 120 million ounces. That is the reward aspect of the risk-reward proposition. The risk aspect is that Pino either does not get drilled or does not yield what the geologist who wrote the 43-101 thought it would.
I have always seen SSE as a good gamble for a precious metals bull, inasmuch as, if you believe that we are going to have a PM bull market, you can't really lose, because even if Pino falls through, the other properties will always be worth something and the stock won't just go to zero. The higher the market cap goes, the less attractive it becomes as a gamble to a new investor. But as an existing investor I am still holding my position and selling nothing.
