Interconnection study complete.Short term your guess is as good as mine condor. My assurances come from pipeline progression. Q1 we saw movement with more interconnection study's completed. This study is done with the local utility and determines the estimated cost of local grid upgrades to accommodate the new supply. A developer can make their best estimate through evaluating the visible energy infrastructure however the true cost isn't known until this study is complete. This is the most crucial step in the pipeline in my opinion because it's the longest wait stage and it has the unlikely possibility to render a project financially unfeasible. I think we are at a point were investors are looking at progression more than new contracts and we will see significant progression through the coming quarters. I think another catalyst will be Biden's infrastructure bill with the 10 year extension ITC. This is coming soon and the DEMS have the ability to push it through without REP support through budget reconciliation. Also in this bill, huge money to update/strengthen the grid with more high voltage power lines. Eventually when this work is done in the neighborhoods UGE is building projects in it will bring down the interconnection costs if not eliminate them to something negligible. Also, already having leased sites in Pennsylvania in anticipation of passing community solar legislation very well could have UGE owning the first operational site. This is news worthy. I think we will start climbing soon. Accumulating....
