Debentures - Corporate ActionHas anyone looked into the corporate action regarding the Supreme debentures?
Due to the "change of control" it appears one can have their debentures redeemed for 104% cash. So of course this would not make sense with the convertible debentures, however for the "non-convertible debentuers" ie the accretion debentures, this would make a lot of sense. Anyone who holds will notice those are essentially trappped value until they start to be paid out in 2024 and are non-interest bearing in the meantime. Therefore converting to cash at a premium is actually one unexpected upside to the Canopy offer. Has anyone looked into this? Am i understanding this correctly?
