RE:Battery Dayhe speaks in hyperbole and lee is fiesty, but not young. so, i wouldn't read into it. the key, i think is over the next week or so .. do they have a deal to announce or not? paulo is on the hook. i agree with you that this was not necessary until that contract was in hand. i don't get that. i've ecperienced delays in private investments in this world .. things take a lot of time and there are always delays, twists and turns. but, this is a public company and there is a fine line between b.s. and reality. they better get that contact singed!
