RE:RE:Received my proxy voting packagesLet's not forget that the SP was at .25 for 10 years. Phil is a one man show. We don't have the luxury of time that we once did. Get rid of some of his pals and get someone in who will hold him accountable and pressure him to do what needs to be done and hire people to do what he doesn't have time for. The reason we are lagging is because Phil likes to do everything himself and doesn't have the bandwidth. According to some dung flingers, he is on pharma calls every day (talking about god knows what) and the rest of his time spent talking to grumpy shareholders.

Interesting progression.
12 months ago the SP was $0.25. As it hovers today around $1.50, there's a movement afoot to overthrow the BOD and possibly deny compensation to future directors.
There are even a few arm-chair "clinical" experts who keep shouting from the peanut gallery that Dr. Witkowski should be doing this or should be doing that....doesn't he understand the need for speed? What's the matter with that guy???
There's a hue and cry that any further data is now inconsequential (much like heads in the French Revolution)...it's all about signing a deal.
Golly, what could go wrong? "Meet the new boss, same as...."
I'm outta here for the summer...GLTA and don't take any wooden nickels.
