Interesting progression.
12 months ago the SP was $0.25. As it hovers today around $1.50, there's a movement afoot to overthrow the BOD and possibly deny compensation to future directors.
There are even a few arm-chair "clinical" experts who keep shouting from the peanut gallery that Dr. Witkowski should be doing this or should be doing that....doesn't he understand the need for speed? What's the matter with that guy???
There's a hue and cry that any further data is now inconsequential (much like heads in the French Revolution)...it's all about signing a deal.
Golly, what could go wrong? "Meet the new boss, same as...."
I'm outta here for the summer...GLTA and don't take any wooden nickels.
Be advised: Due to limited wi-fi, I'm unable to respond to pending or future insults until early September.
Whats your problem Cowjazz? You are entitled to vote as you wish . You sold your shares from 30 cents at above $2 good for you. Now you have bought higher and now are towing the company line . What about all those investors at least 20 million shares that are under water below $2 share ? These shareholders have a right to vote .
We have heard nothing of management why the rush for bought deal . No update or progress on clinical side ( except Witowski) for most of the year .
Nobody is asking to get rid of the entire board . Just one person in particular . This is a public traded company after all.
Why are you so concerned anyways ? Want more dilution via compensation package ? More of the same directionless management ? Maybe you are going to Tolekis 's or Ray Matthews summer cabin ?
Put me in ignore Cowjazz but you constantly are biased . You think the compensation is fair ?
