I've mentioned it before here a while back. I worked for suncor in 2014 when oil took its first downturn. I was part of the downturn and sent home. They cleaned house immediately and held no prisoners. 

I lost my job but respected the company for making the decisions they did to keep their head above water. 

I also had friends working for CPG at same time. They were still working. They had incredible privileges in the Calgary office. They took no initiative in cutting staff until much much later than the rest. 

I knew then this company was all for themselves and not the shareholders, it's still this way today. This company has made its bed and now the shareholders are sleeping in it. 

The company deserves this share price but not the shareholders as we were all played but previuos management here. They took millions in salaries while the stock detonated  

I bought a large position in suncor in 2014 as I liked what I saw when they cleaned house from a business side of things. But my mistake was to purchase a position in CPG as well and what a disaster this has been. I should have known better.
