Is man made global warming real, or is it a well thought out business plan? Does it matter? North America and Europe are buying into global warming but the rest of the world is only paying it lip service.
Moving towards alternative energy too quickly will bankrupt the world because the dimished efficiency of alternative energy is going to create sky rocketing prices as costs explode upwards. Does anyone care about basic thermodynamics or does it just get in the way of a good political speech?
With the amount of money being created and the concept of debt repayment a joke, money has become meaningless. Capitalism is based upon debt, where debt represents a promise to repay. Without debt, very few people could ever buy a house, or even a car. Try to imagine where ENB would be without debt. The entire premise of debt is now meaningless. If debt is meaningless, then capitalism is surely broken.
