Tweed is a joke get out while you can.

Tweed is a joke get out while you can. Sad to see what could have been a phenomenal success story turn into what it did. Clearly the new raises were to dillute the shareholders and ensure this deal had the votes to go through. We got hooped. I am green so should I care? I bought 100k (posted it) and 40k shares the night before as I was sitting on cash in my trading account and decided to buy more. Quick 20k overnight. But I do care. Very much wanted these guys to succeed instead we got sold out by....  For those of you who do decide to potentially/likely watch your investment go up in smoke please note that the 50kg limit supreme has works out to 300 million in sales at a premium value without taking into consideration of costs to grow. At most, if they were able to max production and have people buy their weed, that would be maybe 225 million on the year. Look at the true loses of Canopy and ask yourself how much more do they need to grow and sell to get to a profit... Good luck! By the way the rule of thumb of cannabis and the ABC's re purchases is: Anyone But Canopy. People litteraly say no to Tweed. Cancel culture and cannabis go hand in hand....

Lily nice post: As for Tweed I do believe they will show a positive ebitda in the next year to 6 quarters at most- as you know and others may not, this does not mean a profit it means they figured a way to jig their books to show a positive ebitda. Once the interest and taxes come into play (no need to consider depreciation or amortization) they will be way back in the hole by hundreds of millions. I 100% question if they will ever show a true profit. There is nothing pointing to Yes.

Best of luck all. I only started to post due to the reddit craze and unfortunately know all too well the perils of investing in the penny stock world. Supreme was on its way to being a successful stand alone compmany until Beena and a few others were given new jobs in California that is.

Sidenote food for thougt: I bought back in with SUGR - their facilities if they went BK would lilkely net them arond 6 cents per outstanding share (hard to say) They are struggling financially but make a product that is on par with Broken Coast and it is about 15-20% cheaper. That would in of itself puts them in prime position to be taken over. Their grow facilities are amazing. Also consider WeedMD and Experion (citizen stash) as food for thought. I hold in both as well (disclosure).

Best of luck everyone be careful of the Sam's that post on these boards. Smart people who say smart things but avoid saying stuff that shows they know better. And when you do call them out properly their rebuttals are typically always off topic. Genies horeshoes pooping rainbows or something to that effect.
