Here is a serious answer to your questions. Now that there has been an attempt to buy Noront, it is obvious to every intelligent individual that the Australian firms insiders have convinced them that this project is a go on our governments side or they wouldn't want to own it all. 

This makes any and all financing that Noront needs to proceed that much easier. I for one will double my shares at half the price if the offer becomes available.
