Trying to get weak investors or short term holders to sell. One day with or without reason a trigger to buy will unfold from these institutions. Then it becomes a new ball game at a new trading range. Then Analysts will up the Targets again - Rinse and Repeat

This is a long term play - Anyone not looking for that should not be invested IMO
