The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

Chad Day mentioned BC Gov support on no go sacred zones in traditional territory like burial grounds , headwaters ect.
Thats all I needed to hear
Without saying DBG I believe he was referencing their reckless activity
Not re-entering this one any time soon despite what I see as artificially propped shareprice appreciation of late.
Reality will return here very soon
