RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Break Fee ?If PPL gets IPL at 0.5, PPL is a $50 stock in 2022. And for IPL shareholders it's a tax free rollover into a higher yielding, better company. With PPL over $40/share my biggest fear, that PPL would try to counter offer with an increased conversion offer, is off the table.
