You asked what has changed and the answer to that question is NOTHING!
However there will be another delay, as Lanagold stated in a reply to my message, and the clue is highlighted for those that missed it.

" BB.. It is not as simple as we think. Even when both sign we still have to get approval to make a news statement".

In other words, we are waiting for an approval to announce the News Release, and I suspect from the Exchange.

As IAMLICKZY stated. "no more next week predictions" so I will abide by that rule!
