RE:New High!!The connection between SBVL and Wildcat is South 32. South 32 bought out Wildcat in 2017 and a few years ago they took a 70% owership stake in Silver Bull's Sierra Mojada project. and will likely buy them out at some point as well.
Since there was no initial large upwards move after the announcement of the Arras spin off shares, is it possible that South 32 will look to fully acquire SVBL before the spinoff in order to take possession of the Kazakhstan properties also? Just idle thought here, I have no other thoughts as to why SVBL would start to jump out of the blue.
Maybe Tim Barry and company just want to end this odyssey and they felt like announcing a spinoff would turn up the pressure on South 32 to just buy us out?
