RE:Attachie will be the best ARX assetThis is your fault Cheadle12, i was just beginning to like you..
The very best montney play is Kakwa and it takes years to develop these types of plays, then to get the wells working properly and the plants working properly, required disposal wells, infastructure, it take a long time. ARC has hardly even started the journey yet with Attachie.
To view other examples of Kakwa wells production results if you look at POU pad at karr 3-10 on their corp presentaiton, it produced 53% liquids, almost 2100 boe a day average * 6 wells = 12500 boe a day or the first 81 days.
However it took years for VII Generations and Paramount years to get where they are with consistent and repeatable well results, Attachie has hardly started the journey.
Arc share holders need to wake up the the fact that most of the share holders are seven generation share holders , who bought into a high value liquids rich high cashflow play, and puts little value on dawson type projects which are primarily dry gas. Got the the Eagles Ford at night and all you see is a horizion of flared gas.
66% of arc is really VII generations and to downplay kakwa with a 2 development time for Attachie which will likely take 3 additional years to get working right is crazy to stay the least.
My take is that when you consider acreage, running room, and quality resouce, i consider Kakwa the permian basin of the north, and you will never at least within the next five years come close to anything competative.
So attachie is a high risk, money pit, pipe dream with tons of logistical barriers right now.
IMHO
