Free Cash Flow

Free Cash FlowThis was my e-mail message today from Brian Ector, Vice President, Capital Markets.....

Hi Lina, in our investor relations presentation, we show 2022 free cash flow of approximately $375 million at a US$65 WTI price. To give you a sense of how that might change, every US$5/bbl change in WTI impacts our 2021 cash flow by approximately $65 million (after taking into consideration hedges).

Regards,

Brian

This means that around $70 WTI, we are looking at free cash flow of $440 Million!  If we get the $80 WTI that many are calling for this jumps to $570 Million!  That's in one year.

$100 WTI gives us a FCF of $830 MILLION.  Yes I know it's far fetched, but it's fun to dream a bit.

Lina
